Job Description

As an IT Technical Leader, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the technical team, ensuring optimal performance and providing support when necessary. Your role will involve collaborating with other leaders and stakeholders to plan technical projects, establish objectives, and efficiently allocate resources. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in IT, assessing their potential integration to enhance operations. Quality assurance is a key aspect of your role, ensuring that technology solutions adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the technical team to achieve optimal performance.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to plan technical projects and allocate resources efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, evaluating their potential integration.
• Ensure technology solutions meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in version control systems such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Segregation of Duties paradigms.
• Knowledge of Azure AD‑based federated authentication systems.
• Experience with programming languages including ASP.NET, PHP, .NET, and Python.
• Understanding of Linux and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with IIS and Microsoft Web Server, and LDAP protocols.
• Proficiency in SQL queries, MSSQL, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Telerik libraries and DB query languages.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
