We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensure systems run smoothly, and deliver excellent service to internal users.
Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or in person
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
Support operating systems, productivity tools, and business applications
Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when required
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and security standards
At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and common office software
Fluency in English
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
