Skills & Responsibilities

  • Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
  • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010. Cisco Jabber is also supported.
  • Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
  • Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues.
  • Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
  • Work effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid work permit.
  • Extensive IT and computer knowledge.
  • Several years of professional experience in user support and solution evaluation/design.
