Skills & Responsibilities
- Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010. Cisco Jabber is also supported.
- Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
- Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
- Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues.
- Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
- Work effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid work permit.
- Extensive IT and computer knowledge.
- Several years of professional experience in user support and solution evaluation/design.
