Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Male Candidate Only Apply)

Location: Makarba – Ahmedabad

Shift: Rotational Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, laptops, and desktop operating systems.
• Support primary desktop applications and perform operating system maintenance.
• Handle printer setup, maintenance, and end-user support.
• Manage day-to-day user shifting as per management requirements.
• Allocate standard hardware for new user onboarding and fulfill hardware requests with senior approval.
• Assist with third-party software and tokens (Tally, TDS, CDSL).
• Perform application and database backups.
• Format and set up laptops/desktops with standard software and join devices to the domain with proper user profile configuration.
• Support knowledge of stock market trading applications (preferred).
• Flexible to work in any shift.

Key Skills

• Strong computer hardware and laptop troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in desktop operating systems and standard applications.
• Basic understanding of network devices and CCTV management.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
