What you will do:

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining and securing the company's IT infrastructure. The role will ensure the proper functioning of computer systems, servers, network and corporate digital services, ensuring operational continuity and data protection. They will also be in charge of managing access credentials, backups and IT security, in compliance with current regulations and company policies.

Main responsibilities:

Credentials and authorization management

• Securely custody and manage system administrator credentials and access to authentication/authorization systems
• Manage the assignment, suspension and revocation of authentication credentials for authorized personnel
• Administer network folder access authorizations, ensuring periodic verification (at least annually) of assigned authorizations

Log management and security

• Record and monitor system access and usage logs, ensuring proper conservation and availability in case of audits
• Adopt and maintain updated technical measures to prevent intrusions and IT threats (e.g. malware, spyware), with semi-annual security updates

Backup and data integrity

• Prepare, supervise or support company data backup activities
• Verify the consistency and validity of backups, ensuring that the media used guarantee the unalterability and incorruptibility of information

Network and domain maintenance

• Ensure proper functioning of network infrastructure, intervening promptly in case of anomalies or interruptions
• Manage company domains and related systems, supporting technical interventions necessary to ensure their continuity

Technical support

• Provide second-level technical assistance for issues related to company databases and management software, limited to technical interventions not delegable to the Software House

Policy and device management

• Implement and execute IT policies for proper management of file servers, shared folders and external storage devices
• Apply "Content Filtering" policies through firewalls to prevent unauthorized access or access to dangerous sites

Software update management

• Manage updates of company software, both protective and functional to operational activities
• Set constraints or policies to prevent installation of unauthorized software
• Communicate to the Data Controller or Responsible parties the need for updates that involve investments or significant changes

Secure data disposal

• Manage or support the destruction and/or secure disposal of IT media and definitive deletion of data for devices to be reused
