As IT Strategy Senior Manager, you will shape and govern the SEA region's IT strategy, aligning business priorities with technology evolution and Flutter Group direction. You act as a strategic integrator across IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Innovation, and partners, translating objectives into roadmaps. You’ll engage with executives, manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate complexity rather than hands-on delivery. This role focuses on long-term value, governance, and scalable technology initiatives that support growth and innovation.

• Define and evolve the regional IT strategy in line with business objectives and market dynamics
• Develop and maintain a multi-year IT roadmap balancing innovation, cost efficiency, security, and operational excellence
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Factory leadership, and Demand functions for alignment
• Interface with Flutter Group IT Strategy and governance forums; coordinate with vendors for strategic scouting and roadmap execution
• Support prioritization of strategic IT initiatives and transformation programs; contribute to business cases and ROI analysis
• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies with EA and Innovation teams; assess impact on IT blueprint and operating model
• Oversee GenAI strategy and governance, ensuring risk assessment and lifecycle management
• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to translate needs into strategic directions and measurable outcomes
• Contribute to development of strategic IT capabilities and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Responsabilità

• Solid experience in IT Strategy, IT Governance or Technology Transformation in complex or international environments
• Proven ability to define and evolve end-to-end IT strategy in federated or matrix organizations
• Ability to operate at executive level and influence decisions
• Experience in technology evaluation, roadmap definition, and prioritization
• Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis, TCO/ROI modeling, and value-driven decision frameworks
• Synthesis of complexity into clear recommendations
