Main Responsibilities

• Management and monitoring of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and security.
• Support for the adoption of new technologies and the implementation of new solutions.
• Technical support for internal users regarding advanced queries and issues.
• Preparation of process and procedure documentation, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with other departments in the implementation of ICT solutions.
• Collaboration with the team to resolve technical issues.

Technical Skills and Soft Skills

• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Experience with both Linux and Windows server operating systems.
• Expertise in Nutanix, VMware, Proxmox, or similar virtualization environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to design, review, and validate complex technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and timely.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Prerequisites and/or Experience

• At least 5 years in the IT sector, in both technical and managerial roles
