IT SPECIALIST

Main Tasks

• Installation and management of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Setup of PCs and smartphones, software installation, user profiles creation and management
• Hardware maintenance
• Management of local network devices and servers in Windows/Linux environments
• Help desk and troubleshooting

Required Skills

• Knowledge of the main office hardware/software systems
• Knowledge of Android and iOS systems
• Knowledge of the English language
• Minimum educational qualification required: 5-year professional diploma
• Problem solving
• Empathy, listening ability, respect for others and for work
