Position: IT Specialist – Italy

Location: Milan, Italy

Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role

As IT Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems in Italy. Working closely with the Southern Europe IT Manager and global teams, you’ll act as the technical bridge between local operations and HQ. This role is critical to ensuring seamless dealer-facing systems (DMS/CRM), secure integrations, and compliance with corporate IT and security standards.


Key Responsibilities


Deploy and maintain DMS, CRM, and related systems across dealer networks.

Provide second-level support for complex technical issues.

Configure and maintain interfaces with external systems (banks, logistics, dealers) using API, EDI, and SFTP.

Manage local IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, patching).

Ensure security compliance with HQ policies and GDPR regulations.

Develop localized tools and reports to meet business needs.



What We’re Looking For


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or implementation.

Hands-on expertise in dealer-facing systems (DMS/CRM).

Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Alibaba Cloud).

Familiarity with API, EDI, SFTP integrations and GDPR compliance.

Previous experience in the automotive industry supporting dealer networks.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Fluent English and Italian required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Experience in the coordination of small teams will be considered a plus
