Stern Energy Spa a leading service company for utility-scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a:Dopo aver letto questa descrizione, invii il suo CV e le eventuali informazioni aggiuntive richieste facendo clic sul pulsante di candidatura.IT Specialist – ERP Supportto provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems.The ideal candidate has some years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite, and is comfortable working in an international environment requiring C1-level proficiency in both English and German.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end usersAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countriesSupport ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentationCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvementsAssist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementationsCoordinate with external vendors and consultants when neededEnsure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with IT standardsCreate and maintain technical and functional documentation­Essential requirements and skills:Strong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance)Experience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support;Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;C1 level proficiency in English and B1/B2 xdwybme in German (spoken and written)Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teamsNice to Have:At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP systemsExperience with ERP integrations and reporting toolsBackground in IT support, application support, or business systems analysisExperience working in an international or multicultural environmentSalary: €33,000–€35,000 gross per year (placement within the range will depend on experience, skills, and seniority level).
