IT Solutions Design Lead

In this role, you will lead end-to-end solution design for Service Business Solutions, collaborating with Technical and Enterprise Architects to align business aims with technology. You will translate complex requirements into fit-for-purpose architectures and oversee design and option assessment across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-native solutions. You'll drive evaluation of new tools, support commercial decisions, and own the future-state integration blueprint. You will also bridge business stakeholders and IT, contribute to PoC initiatives, and help shape a scalable, integrated IT landscape. Partner with Technical and Enterprise Architects to define and evolve end-to-end solution and platform strategy Translate business demands into solution designs and assess functional, architectural, and integration implications Lead solution design and option assessment across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures Identify and assess new tools and technologies for the Service IT landscape Support commercial and delivery decisions by evaluating proposals and delivery approaches Own and maintain the overall solution architecture, landscape, and future-state integration blueprint Review supplier deliverables against requirements and provide feedback Contribute to innovation and PoC initiatives with hands-on collaboration with architects and developers Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT with strong integration knowledge and stakeholder management 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture in large enterprises Strong business process knowledge in at least two domains (Installed Base Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management, Tools Management, Customer Portal, Sites Management) Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-based integrations Understanding of integration patterns, API-led architectures, and event-driven solutions Experience leading or influencing technical teams; development background with solution ownership readiness In this role, you will lead end-to-end solution design for Service Business Solutions, collaborating with Technical and Enterprise Architect…
