Service Manager (SAP Finance)


Role Overview


My client are looking for a Service Manager with SAP Finance experience to manage service operations, oversee ticket management, and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with business and IT teams, using ServiceNow to ensure efficient service delivery.


This is a Hybrid role and you will be attending the office based in the Lombardy area.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incident and service request tickets end-to-end, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Monitor and prioritise ticket queues; handle escalations and major incidents
  • Perform ticket analysis to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Use and optimise ServiceNow for ticketing, workflows, and reporting
  • Support and coordinate resolution of SAP Finance (FI/CO) related issues
  • Engage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery


Key Requirements

  • Experience in Service Management / IT Service Delivery
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Proven ability in ticket management and analysis
  • Understanding of ITIL principles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
