Hermes Corporate is looking for an IT Service Management Specialist located in Italy, Lazio, to join their team in the Fashion industry. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of IT service management experience and be proficient in application support.This temporary 3-month project requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide efficient user support. Familiarity with Service Desk tools and previous experience in the Fashion industry are also advantageous.
