IT SAP Warehousing Analyst Curricular Internship

This role in summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our IT Warehousing team as a junior IT analyst internship. The successful candidate will be based in our Milan office.

The Junior IT analyst intern will be responsible for supporting a Warehousing IT manager in designing and implementing SAP EWM and ERP solutions mainly focused but not limited to warehouse management.

Your responsibilities will include

• Engage with the business partners and IT colleagues to evaluate and propose IT solutions for business requirements
• Collaborate with external consultants and the internal IT team to deliver projects and enhancements
• Gain business acumen on Beko Europe processes to identify improvement opportunities and related benefits
• Design and implement enhancements to the standard SAP functionalities inside the ERP and warehouse management systems
• Perform troubleshooting and propose the ways to resolve the process and technical issues
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Create functional specifications and documentation for SAP enhancements
• Focus on skill growth and hands-on experience on the EWM and ERP technologies
• Address day to day issues on warehousing function to ensure the smooth running of the business

Minimum requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management, Computer, Mechanical, Industrial or Mathematics Engineering
• Fluency in English
• Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities balanced with interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
• Ability to create detailed functional specifications and documentation
• Proactiveness and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred skills and experiences

• Prior exposure to SAP is a plus
• Experience with business process analysis and improvement is a plus
• Previous exposure to SQL is a plus
• Previous programming experience is a plus
