IT Retail Operation Specialist

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Retail Operation Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in Milan. You will report directly to the IT Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail IT infrastructure across our store network in Europe and the US. You will provide both first- and second-level IT support, remotely and on-site, taking ownership of installations, troubleshooting, rollouts, and new store projects. Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support, remotely and on-site for retail store environments.
• Own installations, troubleshooting, rollouts, and new store projects.
• Ensure smooth operation of retail IT infrastructure across the store network in Europe and the US.
• Collaborate with IT Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver store technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail IT or store operations with hands-on hardware and software support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and travel as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems, networking, device provisioning, and store infrastructure is a plus.
