IT PROJECT MANAGER R&D

Advice Pharma is a company specialized in digital health and clinical research; develops advanced technological solutions to support clinical trials and digitalize healthcare processes.

We are currently looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER R&D , who will work in liaise with the SENIOR R&D MANAGER.

The role will be responsible for the following activities:

• Planning and overseeing Advice Pharma projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with scope and quality standard.
• Planning and designing project resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing project progress
• Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Coordinating internal resources and third-party/vendors for the ensure flawless project execution
• Defining project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third - party/vendors as needed
• Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Creating and maintain comprehensive Advice Pharma project documentation

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or similar
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Good skills and competences in management and coordination activities
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Good decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of information security principles and their applicability
