IT Project Manager (all genders) Based in Milano, full time permanent position Your Tasks End-to-end ownership of customer projects and product implementations, from planning through successful delivery and acceptance Management of project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks using established project management methodologies Ensuring structured project execution, including effective change request management Proactive stakeholder management and communication with customers, partners, and internal teams at all levels Facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and guiding decision-making processes Developing and implementing sustainable solutions to project-related challenges Selecting, onboarding, managing, and developing implementation partners Supporting the sales organization with RFPs, proposals, effort estimations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field Several years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects (ideally 5-10 years) Proven experience with software implementations and project management methodologies in both agile and traditional environments Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ownership mentality and the ability to make decisions independently Passion for modern software solutions and digital transformation Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Our Offer Entrepreneurial opportunities for development and equity participation in an appreciative corporate environment with no hierarchies Personal mentoring; and our training budget for your development Firm employment contract with employment in the tertiary sector NCBA 25 vacation days/year Lunch allowance (€160/month) Flexible work locations and work hours with compensation for overtime Sabbatical and workation options within the EU Entrepreneurial opportunities for development & equity participation Interested?
