For our client, an innovative and internationally active company specialized in data management, based in Novara, we are looking for a:
IT PROJECT COORDINATOR
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution and monitoring of Banking projects
- Coordinate daily activities of the Banking Operations and Banking Data Management teams
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables and internal deadlines
- Manage and track customer support tickets related to Banking projects
- Collect and document customer requirements and support their analysis together with the IT team
- Act as operational point of contact for customers on ongoing projects and support activities
- Prepare project documentation, reports and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure proper communication between customers, development teams and operations teams
- Support testing and validation phases before delivery to the customer
- Assist in the coordination of releases, deployments and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and project procedures
Requirements and expected skills
- One or more years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management or IT delivery roles
- Experience working with software development teams or IT service environments; development experience is considered a plus
- Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken, with daily use in professional contexts
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Good communication and customer relationship skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate customer needs into structured requirements
- Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and project management tools
- Proactive attitude and problem‑solving mindset
- Residence within 100 km of Novara

- Compensation and level to be defined based on experience, including bonuses and benefits
- Work location: Novara (NO). During the onboarding phase, presence in the office is required approximately 3 days a week; afterwards, a hybrid working model is applied, with remote work and an average of 1 day per week in the office
