IT Monitoring Solution Engineer for German speaking market m/f/d
NetEye, our highly rated Unified Monitoring solution (Monitoring, ITOA, APM, SIEM & LOG Management, Service Management), supports our customers by capturing the health of IT infrastructure, monitoring the availability of IT services, and helping ensure a secure and reliable IT environment. Our innovative and constantly growing company is looking for an IT Monitoring Solution Engineer to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure NetEye solutions to meet client specifications
- Design network infrastructure (Switch, WiFi, Firewall, Router)
- Provide key user training
- Collaborate closely with R&D and support teams to ensure continuous knowledge sharing
Required skills:
- Experience in system and network monitoring and management
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Experience in Linux-based system administration
- Knowledge of Bash and PowerShell scripting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in German (native), proficiency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of Elastic stack, Python, Ansible, and Kubernetes is a plus
