Job Requirements:
o You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist or a comparable education and can demonstrate at least five years of professional experience in a corresponding position in system and network administration.
o You have very good knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems, O365, Azure AD, Active Directory and GPO management, Intune, SCCM.
o You have knowledge of IP networks up to Layer 7 and/or can provide corresponding support.
o You are characterized by high communication skills and service orientation.
o You are able to drive IT Infra projects as a member and also in a leading role
o You have a self-reliant, reliable, and team-oriented way of working.
o You are willing to travel occasionally to our locations for business trips (within the region).
o You speak Italian, and English at good level (both spoken and written).
What your day as an IT Technical Engineer looks like:
o User support in the Microsoft environment (Windows OS, Office 365) via remote maintenance.
o Administration of Windows AD services.
o Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of GXO standard hardware and software.
o Administrative tasks within the IT department.
o Participation in roll-out projects or new setups in coordination with the Central Teams.
o Give input for project start and determination of project scope and steps.
o Design or support the making of the IT Infra Design for new warehouses, customers or rebuilds.
o Documentation of IT processes.
o Ticket processing (2nd and 3rd line support).
o Escalation point of contact for users regarding IT-related questions with a high service orientation.
o Administration of servers and/or computer networks.
o Implement, test, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks.
o Coordination and management of network, hardware and Backoffice Application provided in the frame of daily support activities and new projects.
