Role – IT Integration Manager_HR Time project

Location – Italy (Work from Home)


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-End Integration Management
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Process Coordination
  • Project Lifecycle Oversight
  • Project Collaboration
  • Transition to Operations:


Mandatory Skills:


  • Proven experience in managing complex IT integrations, preferably in time management or HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of bi-directional data flows and middleware technologies, in particular SAP HCM.
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Familiarity with ADP systems and time terminal technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
