Role – IT Integration Manager_HR Time project
Location – Italy (Work from Home)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Integration Management
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Process Coordination
- Project Lifecycle Oversight
- Project Collaboration
- Transition to Operations:
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in managing complex IT integrations, preferably in time management or HR systems.
- Strong understanding of bi-directional data flows and middleware technologies, in particular SAP HCM.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Familiarity with ADP systems and time terminal technologies is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
