Job Overview

emagine is looking for a Helpdesk consultant assisting the client in Helpdesk operations. The primary objective is to provide efficient Helpdesk support to ensure operational continuity and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve technical support queries for users.
  • Assist with installation and setup of PCs and hardware.
  • Provide assistance in Windows operations.
  • Support users both remotely and in-person during walk‑in timeslots.
  • Ensure timely response to Helpdesk tickets.

Must Haves

  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level Helpdesk support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and PC/hardware support.

Additional Details

  • Location: Onsite in Cadriano, Bologna, Italy.
  • Duration: Minimum 3+3 months, with full‑time or part‑time options available.
