Job Overview
emagine is looking for a Helpdesk consultant assisting the client in Helpdesk operations. The primary objective is to provide efficient Helpdesk support to ensure operational continuity and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical support queries for users.
- Assist with installation and setup of PCs and hardware.
- Provide assistance in Windows operations.
- Support users both remotely and in-person during walk‑in timeslots.
- Ensure timely response to Helpdesk tickets.
Must Haves
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Experience in 1st or 2nd level Helpdesk support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and PC/hardware support.
Additional Details
- Location: Onsite in Cadriano, Bologna, Italy.
- Duration: Minimum 3+3 months, with full‑time or part‑time options available.
