Foundever is seeking an IT Helpdesk Administrator to support hardware and software platforms, provide user management, and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment. The role requires English (C1) and at least 6 months in desktop administration or IT support.
The successful candidate will handle PC/phone setup, patching, and work closely with the Service Desk Center while following IT standards and processes to ensure smooth operations.
