IT finance manager – Product owner

We are looking for IT Finance Manager - Product Owner who will work with Global IT Core Team.
Within all countries where Bata have business, the candidate will have the follow main role
responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of new ERP platform across regions worldwide focus on finance
- Analyze business requirements and define correct IT strategy in translating business process in IT solution
- Participate actively in new ERP project and follow accounting and controlling implementation (design, functional specification analysis and validation, build and test solution, support go live and post go live)
- Become first point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvements
- Coordination and collaboration with External Consultants;
- Manage roll out for all companies of the group worldwide
- Define and organize the user training and ensure an optimal adoption of the ERP applications
- Manage through internal and external resources the development and quality assurance of system customization and integrations with other systems
Other roles and responsibilities:
- Grant the standardization of the application landscape at a regional level
- Manage budgets, resources, and relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners related to the ERP transformation stream
- Develop business case and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
- Work closely with regional and global IT Enterprise applications team on setting regional standards and ensuring adoption of policies and procedures
- Manage and keep updated documentation such as requirements, functional analysis, minute of meetings, manuals, test books
Required experience
- 5/7+ years of experience on ERP management
- 3+ years of Project & Program Management
- 3/5+ years of experience in Retail/Fashion industry
- Proven experience in supporting finance (Accounting general, payable, receivable, asset mgt and Controlling) design and implementation
- Proven experience on Microsoft Dynamics365 platform
- International multi-industry experience
Skills:
- Fluent in English is a must, Italian is a plus
