IT Finance Manager

We are looking for a higly experienced IT Finance Manager to join our international IT organization and act a strategic partner for Finance, Controlling and Treasury functions.
The role is responsible for the governance, evolution and optimization of the IT Finance & Controlling landscape, ensuring that technology effectively support financial operations, reporting, compliance and decision-making across the business.
Key responsabilities
- Own the IT roadmap for Finance & Controlling applications
- Act as the main IT reference point for Finance and AFC stakeholders
- Lead the design and delivery of IT solutions supporting accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and treasury
- Coordinate internal IT teams and external system integrators
- Drive process optimization, automation and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in IT roles supporting Finance & Controlling
- Strong knowledge of AFC processes and ERP Finance Systems
- Proven experience in IT Finance leadership or senior IT Business Partner roles
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
- Fluent italian and professional English
