Title: IT EUC Support Specialist

Location: Rome (Via Andrea Doria 41, RM), Italy

Duration: 12 months Contract

Project start: November

KT Start : October

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
  • Manage Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and MDM/EMM solutions.
  • Package, test, and deploy applications using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or equivalent.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, perform upgrades, and coordinate repairs/replacements.
  • Support VPN, MFA, security policies, and endpoint protection tools.
  • Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with network, server, and security teams to resolve complex IT incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with company security standards and IT policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of EUC/Desktop support experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM).
  • Experience with MDM/EMM solutions (Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, etc.).
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to support VIPs and business stakeholders.
