The role designed for you

The Junior ERP Specialist will join the IT team at Fedrigoni Self Adhesives. In a dynamic, fast-growing environment, the candidate will collaborate with internal clients to improve the ERP system and participate in group projects, engaging with managers and consultants in an international setting.

The impact you’ll have

  • Manage modifications and developments in the company management software and ERP (NAV) implementation projects.
  • Provide user support for ongoing projects.
  • Conduct training activities related to ERP systems.
  • Perform analysis, identify gaps, and define solutions.
  • Develop and test modifications, ensuring their validity, accuracy, and reliability.

The Attitudes And Skills You’ll Bring

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
  • Strong technical skills (SQL, programming, application architectures, ERP packages like Navision, Dynamics).
  • Experience in IT consulting firms or medium/large international companies with organizational and geographical complexity.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst/Programmer.
  • Skills in MS-SQL (query/programming), VB6, and C/AL are advantageous.
  • Advanced ERP experience in areas such as Active and Passive Cycles, Production, Logistics.
  • Knowledge of migration tools and external system integration.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to prioritize and evaluate system implications quickly.

Based in: Milan, Caponago, Arco di Trento, or Verona.

Selection Process

The process includes interviews with the Talent Acquisition team, Supply Chain Project Manager & Solution Designer, IT Director, and HRBP for the Global Staff Functions.
