It Erp Specialist

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Support business departments in their daily activities and evolutions for assigned processes in both Italian headquarters and subsidiaries (e.G. sales campaigns, invoicing, end of period procedures, logistics)
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to implement new solutions as well as to fix potential issues
• Support solution design, documentation, testing, and go-live activities
• Monitor current interfaces between company ERP and other systems, fixing potential issues and suggesting improvements
• Contribute to implement new interfaces between company ERP and other internal/external systems
• Assure automatic procedures within the ERP are always running properly for assigned perimeter in a multicompany environment
• Take care of tickets (solving them by herself/himself or escalating to the vendor)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position within an international environment
• Solid Knowledge of Stealth3000 Sales & Distribution and intercompany processes
• Familiar with B2B platforms (knowledge of JOOR and related integrations with ERP is an asset)
• Familiar with system integrations (API, Web services, ESB, EDI)
• Knowledge of Stealth3000 Production & Supply Chain processes is a plus
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Ability with Excel is essential
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
