Overview

Our IT department is expanding its integration and automation capabilities to support business growth and ensure seamless collaboration between systems and applications. As an IT DevOps Engineer you will design and implement integration delivery processes, develop CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and support infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration and automation projects.
• Develop and execute automated testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress.io, Selenium).
• Support deployment automation and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, YAML, PowerShell).
• Collaborate with Integration Architect, application teams and infrastructure colleagues to deliver and maintain integration solutions.
• Configure and enhance project automation and workflows (e.g. Jira).
• Contribute to operational readiness through documentation, monitoring setup and runbooks.
• Continuously improve DevOps processes, testing and delivery practices within the CI/CD team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD or test automation roles.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or comparable).
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms; Azure experience is an advantage.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Cypress.io, Selenium, Postman).
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, SQL, YAML) and database technologies (SQL Server or similar).
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, Bicep) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, proactive collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian, Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
