To strengthen its
IT
team, Zenith Global is seeking an
IT Developer / Software Developer
to leverage their technical expertise in supporting the Company's digital transformation journey and contributing to the continuous evolution of its application landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Support Zenith Global in its digital transformation journey by contributing to the evolution and innovation of the company's application landscape. Analyze business needs and internal stakeholders’ requirements, translating them into technical specifications and identifying effective, scalable software solutions. Design, develop, and maintain software applications supporting business processes. Develop new features and enhance existing applications by optimizing performance, usability, and maintainability. Collaborate in the design and implementation of web applications, backend services, and integrations through REST APIs. Contribute to technical analysis activities, application architecture definition, and the selection of technology solutions aligned with the company’s IT strategy. Ensure the reliability and proper functioning of developed solutions through testing, debugging, and evolutionary maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical/scientific disciplines. 3–5 years of experience in a Software Developer role . Excellent knowledge of
Java
programming language and good knowledge of
Python . Experience in web application development and solid understanding of the main software development paradigms. Knowledge of backend frameworks, preferably
Spring Boot . Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and application services. Good knowledge of
SQL
and the main relational database management systems (e.G., Microsoft SQL Server). Familiarity with source code version control tools (e.G., Git) and Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on code quality. Strong interest in technological innovation and a proactive approach to identifying efficient and sustainable solutions.
Nice to have: Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools (e.G., QlikView, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI). Experience in developing cloud-based applications or working in distributed environments. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
