IT Corporate Applications & AI Intern

We are looking for a person who will join Moleskine as a IT Corporate Applications & AI Intern .

The position is hybrid based in Milan.

Scope of the role

The person that will join our team, will take care of supporting the management and evolution of Corporate Applications, with a strong focus on exploring and enabling the adoption of Generative AI solutions across business processes.

Main activities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects and supporting the Corporate Applications to manage applications implementation configurations and maintenance, taking care of integration business processes.
• Contributing to Corporate Applications continuous improvement, standardizing as well as enhancing system reliability, performance and security.
• Making recommendations and proposing new solutions to always ensure the system supports business processes in the most efficient and effective way.
• Participate in project meetings, documenting key takeaways, actions, and next steps and support communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders (external providers involved in Corporate Applications development, customization and maintenance).
• Support in creating and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task assignments.
• Addressing any issues or problems related to SAP ERP and external systems (SO99+ for demand/network planning, HR platforms, BOT for automated processes, Travel Expenses Portal, Vendor portal, Electronic Invoices).
• Initiating the adoption of simple Generative AI tools and managing the cultural change associated with this transition.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering/Economy/Computer Science or equivalent
• Familiarity with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Good knowledge of Office 365 tools as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proactivity, flexibility, determination
• Fluent knowledge of English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with technology in general
• Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence
