IT Coordinator

On behalf of our client, a multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector and specialized in innovative technological and technical solutions for the industry, we are looking for an I T Coordinator as part of the strengthening of the ICT team.
The IT Coordinator will :
- Liaise with the local key-user community in Italy and the global ERP (SAP) Support Team and be the linking element between them
- Serve as the central Italian ERP (SAP) contact for up-to-date information, both internally for the key users & externally with the global support team
- Manage day-to-day IT operational aspects of Incidents, Changes and Projects, following up with the responsible local and global Support Organizations and Project Management.
- Serve as the liaison between Business and IT, ensuring that proposed solutions are planned and implemented in alignment with business expectations and established processes and procedures.
- Oversee the regional ERP (SAP) Key-User Team in fulfilling the functional needs of a growing organization.
- Install, coordinate, and support IT devices (desktops, laptops, printers, peripheral devices, etc.)
- Provide IT support to employees at the site
- Coordinate all IT-related topics with the IT Group
- Implement the IT Group standards
- Bachelor’s degree in business informatics or other related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Information Technology and / or ERP-Systems.
- Requires solid technical understanding of IT Systems and Procedures.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Team-minded, good communication skills, high commitment, reliability and great personal initiative.
