About the Role
We are looking for a IT Business Analyst Advisor who will proactively collaborate with the team and take end‑to‑end responsibility for development activities on Corporate Tools. The role ensures high‑quality delivery, coordination, and supervision of complex project initiatives across multiple stakeholders and locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop complex and cross‑functional software projects.
- Coordinate deployments and oversee release processes.
- Collaborate closely with GT reference teams and the broader project group.
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to Corporate Tools.
- Manage escalations arising from production issues.
- Work with development teams across CRIF HUBs and supervise delegated activities.
- Ensure alignment with planned costs, timelines, and MDs.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Understand customer needs and propose effective, business‑oriented solutions.
- Communicate efficiently across teams and apply critical thinking and problem‑solving approaches.

Required Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development in complex environments.
- Deep technical expertise in the Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence), including advanced configuration, workflow customization, permission management, automations, integrations, and infrastructure aspects (installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting).
- Optional knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Server or other RDBMS.
- Experience in system integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools/methodologies (TFS, Jenkins).
- Understanding of Agile Scrum and TDD.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Version Control Systems.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Node.Js.
- Degree in STEM fields or Management Engineering.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork attitude and passion for innovation.
