Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall success of the technical solution, from construction and implementation to system integration within a technology, industry, or business specialty.

Deliver high-quality, complex solutions to clients based on varying business requirements. Tasks include:

• Designing target Mainframe Architecture, focusing on Mainframe Offloading to Cloud environments.
• Applying strong knowledge of Mainframe technologies for Cloud migration, leveraging Hyperscaler capabilities.
• Managing Application Modernization projects, including Microfocus suite expertise.
• Leading Mainframe projects end-to-end, from solution design to delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Skills

• Italian language proficiency
• Strong understanding of z/OS technologies for complex projects
• Experience with Mainframe software and platform upgrades
• Experience in Mainframe Offloading projects
• Experience with Microsoft Azure architecture design
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Strong system design background
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments
• Experience with Microfocus Suite
• IBM z/OS Professional Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Preferred Technical Skills

• AWS, GCP, z/OS Subsystems (CICS, MQ, DB2)

Education

• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Education

• Master's Degree
