IT Application Manager - Technology & Digital area (Fixed term Contract)

We are searching for an Application Manager to support our IT Technology and Digital Team to ensure availability, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of some Product Development applications for our Homologation and Testing Area.

The Application Manager should act in agreement with the IT Central Governance in collaboration with Product Owners, Key Users, and vendors.

Core Competences

• Service Management: The candidate will manage the maintenance of some applications with the aim to ensure good service level, supported by external System Integrator
• Solution Definition for New Enhancements: The candidate will participate in defining the solution, analyzing new requirements designing a system that meets the organization’s needs
• Testing: The candidate will be involved in the testing phase, conducting functional, integration, and user acceptance tests

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Application Manager in the design, development, and implementation of IT projects and applications
• Support in developing and managing project schedules, budget and resource allocation plans
• Help ensure that project objectives are met within the agreed time frame and budget
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues
• Participate in regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the company's quality standards and business requirements
• Assist in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
• Provide support to project team members
• Support the test execution

Requirements

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field – High School Diploma could be enough in case of IT Experience for more than 5 years
• Strong attitude to explore new technologies
• Good understanding of IT applications and software development lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software tools or willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good English Language (at least B2)
• Positive attitude, High Curiosity, Proactivity, Team Player, Adaptability to the different project needs
