A protagonist in major international strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions, and businesses.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operating Unit of the Electronic Division, we are looking for a **Quality Control Inspector** for our Nerviano (MI) office.The selected individuals will be integrated into the inspection team, with the aim of ensuring the quality of the product manufactured and/or maintained.**The person will primarily be responsible for the following activities:*** Controlling the correct realization/conformity of a product (electronic boards/modules/units) in accordance with applicable documentation and quality standards;
identifying and managing non-conforming products in accordance with internal procedures.* Operating on pre-screening test assets (AOI/X-RAY) and supporting line activities on Pick & Place stations.* Through their competence and experience, they are able to independently evaluate the quality of the operations performed and therefore have the responsibility to verify conformity with product documentation and ensure adequate compilation of related records.* Verification may include visual inspections (also through complex vision systems - e.G., Microscopes) and, when specified in the relevant declaration, simple electrical and mechanical checks performed with the aid of appropriate instrumentation.**Education:** High school diploma**Required experience level:** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years)**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Knowledge of acceptance criteria referred to IPC-610 standards (IPC-610 certification appreciated)* Knowledge of managing non-conformities, concessions/derogations, etc.* Setup and monitoring of Pick & Place line* Knowledge of using AOI/X-RAY pre-screening assets* Knowledge of electro-optical systems* Knowledge of SAP / MIOS / PLM* Knowledge of the company's Management System (SGQ)* Knowledge of the company's Safety and Environment Management System (SGSA)* Knowledge of technological processes (functional, manufacturing, documentary, managerial aspects, etc.)* Knowledge of components and parts* Knowledge of precautions against FOD* Knowledge of ESD damage prevention* Knowledge of Human Factor + SMS concepts* Knowledge of safety devices* Knowledge/ability to consult constructive documentation (DW, parts lists, electrical diagrams, etc.)* Knowledge of verification methodologies for the prevention of counterfeit materials* Knowledge of information systems and Office (Word, Excel, etc.)**Behavioral Skills:*** Time and priority management (concept of "on-time delivery" without compromising "on-quality")* Critical thinking* Collaboration, flexibility* Teamwork* Problem-Solving orientation**Language skills:*** Good knowledge of English (B1)**Computer skills:*** Knowledge of SAP application or a management system for material traceability* Knowledge of Office suite**We look forward to your application**: send us your CV within **three weeks** from the job advertisement opening.**How does the selection process work?**Following the collection of applications, CVs most aligned with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.Selected candidates undertake an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive or negative outcome.**Involvement**, **enhancement of skills**, care for the **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.We are committed every day to fostering an **inclusive and stimulating** work environment, actively promoting the principles of **inclusion, equity, and diversity valorization.**What we offer?* Fixed remuneration commensurate with the experience and level of the selected person, accompanied by bonuses linked to business results;
