A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain operating unit of the Electronics Division for our office in **Campi Bisenzio**, we are looking for a **Quality Control Inspector**.The selected individuals will be placed in the final inspection department, in order to carry out visual inspections, documentary tests and conformity checks on assembled and sub-assembled products or repaired items.**The selected individuals will be responsible for the following activities:*** Perform visual inspection of optronic, mechanotronic and radar assemblies and related sub-assemblies such as PCAs (in line with IPC-A610 standards), wiring (in line with IPC-A620 standards), mechanical assemblies, lenses and complex assemblies* Analyze the manufacturing data package of the assemblies and sub-assemblies produced by the Assembly Integration & Test department to verify the conformity of the as-built to the as-designed, with a particular focus on configuration consistency, correct compilation of test data records and analyzing the correct management and closure of any non-conformities that occurred during the production or maintenance cycle* Use company tools for entering Non-Conformities (SAP) and for advancing inspection phases (MES)* Manage Non-Conformities, analyze product defects including returns from the field, convene Non-Conformity Review Boards in accordance with company procedures and collaborate in the search for Root Cause and Kaizen projects on identified specific problems* Consult technical documentation, in particular testing procedures, electrical diagrams, drawings, purchase specifications, etc.* Use checklists and technical instrumentation (microscopes, calipers, etc.)**Education:*** Diploma from a technical institute (electronics, mechanics) or equivalent**Required experience level:** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years)**Technical knowledge and skills*** Knowledge of IPC-A600, IPC-A610 and IPC-1620 standards is a preferential aspect;
* Knowledge of technical instrumentation (microscopes, calipers, etc.);
* Ability to read drawings and electrical diagrams;
* Basic knowledge of production flows and related non-conformity management;
* Knowledge of productconfiguration aspects and tools;
* Knowledge of qualitystandards and main KPIs;
* Basic computer skills.**Behavioral Competencies:*** Time and priority management;
