We are seeking an exceptional Intellectual Property Legal Counsel to join our team based in Florence, Italy.

This role is a key position within our legal department and will be responsible for providing expert legal support on intellectual property matters across various internal departments.

  • Provide clear and practical legal guidance to internal teams on IP-related matters.
  • Assist the legal team in drafting and reviewing marketing and communication contracts.
  • Support the management and administration of trademark portfolios.
  • Coordinate the collection of documents for trademark renewals, registrations, declarations of use, and enforcement actions such as litigation and oppositions.
  • Monitor pending IP matters in collaboration with external trademark agents.

Requirements :

  • A law degree with at least 2 years' professional experience in intellectual property law.
  • Good knowledge of IP portfolio management and brand protection strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented individual.
