Investor Relationships Intern (6 months)

Location: Milan, Italy

Type: Internship (University-sponsored, for current students or recent graduates )

This is a hands-on 6-month internship at the intersection of investor relations, capital markets, M&A, and strategic communications , offering direct exposure to fundraising processes, investor interactions, and Board-level reporting. You’ll work closely with senior team members and gain first-hand experience in how a fast-growing, acquisition-led software group engages with investors and lenders.


Please note: The internship will be activated through your university (ente promotore , in line with Italian regulations). Candidates must be current students or recent graduates (within the past 12 months).



What you’ll do:


  • Support the management of relationships with existing investors and financing partners
  • Help prepare investor updates, Board materials, and reporting packs
  • Assist in fundraising, capital markets, and debt-related initiatives
  • Conduct research on investors, funds, lenders, and market trends
  • Support coordination of investor communications and fundraising events
  • Collaborate with Finance and M&A teams to ensure consistent investor messaging
  • Help maintain internal documentation and CRM tools related to investors and brokers



What We’re Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in finance, technology, M&A, and capital markets
  • Solid analytical skills and good understanding of financial concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a high sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
