Offerta

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies tailored to Monaco and broader European and international investor base.
• Establish and nurture relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, and other private equity stakeholders.
• Organize and conduct investor meetings, roadshows, and networking events primarily targeting the Monaco and Riviera region, as well as global markets.
• Track market trends and regulatory changes impacting fundraising and investor relations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations including AML/KYC, AIFMD, and ESG standards, in collaboration with the legal and compliance team.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; Master\'s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in private equity fundraising or capital raising for alternative funds.
• Deep knowledge of the Monaco market and international investor landscape.
• Fluency in English; French is strongly preferred; additional languages such as Italian, German, or Russian are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a polished professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
