Investor Relations Manager
We are working with an Italian international diversified retail group, with an enterprise value in excess of €1bn, to appoint an Investor Relations Manager.
The role will report directly to the CFO and will play a key part in managing the relationship with both Italian and predominantly international investors.
The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the CFO and senior management in investor communications
- Preparing investor presentations, results materials and market documentation
- Participating in earnings calls and investor meetings
- Acting as a point of contact for institutional investors and analysts
- Monitoring market perception and supporting the development of the company’s equity story
This is a highly visible role, with regular interaction with senior stakeholders and external investors.
Profile
We are looking for candidates with 8–15 years of experience, coming from one of the following backgrounds:
- Investor Relations within a listed company
- Equity Research / Equity Analyst (sell-side or buy-side)
Key requirements:
- Fluent English is essential (spoken and written), with the ability to operate confidently in international environments
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present clearly and effectively
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Sector experience is not a key requirement.
