INVESTOR RELATIONS JUNIOR ANALYST

The MAIRE S.p.A. group is seeking a passionate Investor Relations Junior Analyst who will support the team in the day-to-day activities, such as organizing meetings with investors, preparing key financial documents and reports, including benchmarking/sector analysis and consensus.
Activities
- Support the organization of meetings with investors and financial events, such as earning calls, conferences and roadshows
- Monitor news, analyst reports, and other market developments that may impact the company’s performance or investor perception
- Support the team with research and analysis on industry trends, peers, and market conditions to help inform investor messaging and strategy
- Assist in tracking and reporting on key financial metrics and stock performance of the company and its peers
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, reports and press releases
- Maintain the investors’ meetings database, ensuring engagement records are updated, preparing summaries for senior management
- Help manage the company’s investor relations website and ensure content is accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Degree in economics, finance, business administration or related fields
- Strong interest in finance, business strategy and corporate communications
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to details, analytical skills and proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
