Within the Investment Planning and Performance Monitoring team, we are looking for a Investment Planning and Performancemonitoring specialist who will play a key role in steering investment planning processes across the Group, enhancing performance monitoring capabilities and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis of investment and IFRS results.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Coordinate annual and multi-year investment planning processes across Group insurance entitiesLiaise with Group Finance and local Investment and Finance departments to ensure alignment of planning assumptions and targetsMonitor investment performance vs official benchmark assessing their contribution to IFRS investment resultsMonitor investment performance and Asset-Liability dynamics, assessing their contribution to IFRS investment resultsAnalyze key business and financial drivers and identify performance trends and deviationsMonitor investment KPIsPrepare regular management reporting on investment performanceDeliver meaningful business insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersDevelop and enhance planning and performance monitoring toolsDrive process optimization initiatives and improve data quality and efficiencyEnsure alignment with Group Finance and support governance processesCoordinate investment deep-dive reviews with local entitiesCoordinate annual and multi-year investment planning processes across Group insurance entitiesMonitor performance of investments and evaluate their contribution to IFRS investment resultEnsure alignment with Group Finance and support governance processesMaster's degree in Finance, Economics or quantitative disciplineAt least 5 years of working experience in asset owners (insurance is a plus), asset managers or investment advisors with relevant experience in performance management, investment planning and reporting activitiesStrong knowledge of IFRS accounting principles with particular focus on investment income and financial instruments. Good understanding of capital markets and financial instrumentsStrong analytical abilities and reporting skills, attention to detail. Experience with data visualizationStrong presentation skills (PowerPoint) are a prerequisiteProven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdvanced use of ExcelPower BI, Tableau or similar visualization toolsSQL for data extraction and manipulationBloomberg, FactSet or similar market data platformsKnowledge of Python or other analytical programming languages is considered a plusFluency in English is a requisite. Knowledge of other languages is a plusBeing CFA and/or CAIA Charterholder and Insurance sector experience will be nice to haveSoft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to synthesize complex information into actionable insightsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentCollaborative and team-oriented attitudeHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityWhat we offer:We offer employment at the 6 level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.Gross annual salary ranging between 48.000 and 55.000 .
