Investment Governance Specialist - Internship

La posizione è aperta all’interno del team di Generali Italia.

The successful intern will support the Data Management and IT Coordination Team in the following areas, by performing the related tasks:

Generali Investments Holding IT Budget Management:

• Oversee the management of the IT budget, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and within budgetary constraints
• Prepare and present budget reports to senior management
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible

IT Project List Management:

• Maintain and update the investment project list, ensuring all projects are accurately documented and tracked
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely updates and progress reports

Group Reporting Management:

• Manage the preparation and distribution of IT Cost and Project reports to the Group
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather necessary data

DORA TPM Management:

• Oversee the management of DORA TPM (Digital Operational Resilience Act - Third Party Management) processes
• Ensure compliance with DORA regulations and guidelines
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and performance standards

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in third-party risk management, preferably within the financial services industry
• Exposure to asset management or financial services industry would be a plus

Soft skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using risk management software and tools
