Join Alantra’s Milan M&A team to drive execution of transactions within a lean deal framework. You’ll own key steps from due diligence to closing with direct client exposure and mentorship of junior staff. This is a chance to shape deal outcomes on a growing international platform with a strong European footprint. You’ll work closely with cross-functional advisors to manage risk, timing, and client expectations, delivering high-quality results at scale.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and/or financing transactions
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, tax, and commercial areas
• Manage data rooms, Q&A processes, and interaction with advisors
• Draft and review transaction documents (IMs, teasers, management presentations, process letters)
• Oversee financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring
• Support negotiation phases alongside senior team members
• Ensure timelines are met and execution risks are proactively managed
• Act as a primary contact for clients during execution phasesMaintain regular communication and provide strategic input throughout the process
• Prepare and lead client meetings and update calls
• Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts
• Ensure high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality
• Allocate tasks efficiently and manage team workload

Responsabilità

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or similar advisory roles
• Proven track record of leading transaction execution processes
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Solid understanding of transaction documentation and deal structuring
• Experience managing junior team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
