We are currently partnering with a well-established independent boutique investment bank in Milan to hire an Analyst to join its growing team.
This firm is recognised for its strong presence in the Italian mid-market, advising entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and private equity clients on M&A and strategic transactions. With a lean team structure and strong deal flow, this opportunity offers exceptional hands-on experience early in your career.
The Role
As an Analyst, you will support the execution of live transactions and play a key role in delivering high-quality analysis and client materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building financial models and performing valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
- Preparing client materials, including pitch books, teasers, and information memoranda
- Conducting industry, market, and company research
- Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating with advisors
- Assisting senior team members in the execution of M&A transactions
- Contributing to business development and origination efforts

Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services (internship experience will also be considered)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent academic background
- Fluency in Italian and English
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
