Investment Associate - Infrastructure

Our client, a leading sustainable infrastructure fund in Italy is looking for strong additions for their team in Milan on Associate level

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute investments across sustainable infrastructure assets (renewables, energy transition, utilities, transport).
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos.
• Support due diligence processes, including coordination with advisors and stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio companies and assist with strategic and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, infrastructure investing, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interest in sustainability, energy transition, and infrastructure assets.
