Investment Associate - European Private Equity Fund

We are now working with a mid cap European private equity fund based in Milan.

They are now looking to recruit Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the following:

• Full involvement in all aspects of the investment process
• Supporting the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of their transactions
• Leading and assisting with diligence workstreams
• Assisting with deal negotiation with advisors

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

• 3rd analyst / Associate level professional
• Currently working within investment banking or private equity
• Fluent in Italian and Spanish
