A pan-European investment company specialized in carve-out and turnaround, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing team in Italy.
Offerta
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
- Develop business cases to support investment decisions.
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess risk and return profiles.
- Conduct valuation of target companies using various methodologies.
- Support the investment team in preparing materials for internal committees and external stakeholders.
Competenze ed esperienza
- 1-2 years of experience within the role, ideally from Private Equity, Investment banking, or PE/M&A teams in Big Four
- Strong financial modelling skills, essential for business case development.
- Interest of ESG principles and their relevance in investment decisions will be considered a plus
- Mandatory fluency in Italian and English.
