High Jewelry Workshop
based in
Rome , is searching for an
Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist.
Mission
Manage all logistic activities within the Bulgari High Jewelry Workshop for raw materials, prototypes, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness, and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company F&A and Logistics procedures.
Accountabilities
Perform all activities (picking, packing, good receipt, and good issue) regarding national/international shipments, verifying conformity of the received/issued products and the documentation, compliant with import/export norms;
Manage/perform product intra-plant movements and register pertinent data in the system;
Support Product Managers with the product finalization flow and reworking flow;
Support management for KPIs analysis and update the logistics dashboard;
Perform and manage reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers according to company procedures,
Guarantee logistics support to events and fairs;
Perform inventory of stock periodically and manage pertinent data in the system, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values according to F&A procedures and indications;
Maintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy;
Act as a reference point for IT projects;
Support on optimization and implementation of new flows and tools.
Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics
2 years’ experience in similar roles within structured environments or a consultancy firm
Knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management
Project management tools and techniques
Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) – SAP/Power BI as a plus
Fluency in Italian and English
Time management
Customer Orientation (both internal and external)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Teamwork spirit
For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 32.000.
This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Bulgari’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.
In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bulgari in Italy.
